CONQUER

I recently quite busy with my working tasks and always went back home about 9 or 10pm. HAIZ!!! This month was really suffer and no time to take a breath, especially our orders from customers were getting more than ever. We should be happy on that but it needed lots of determination and ability to handle all the challenges. At first, many question marks have appeared in my head, such as lead time is short, special materials that never seen before, short supply, keep pushing by customers and sales. It seemed like uncountable until we didn't have much time to complete it. During the past few days, my director keep looking for me regarding the rubber's pricing. He asked me to spot the following month of pricing. Was he kidding? I was totally blank and stuck in there. If I predict the right one, that's lucky and my director sure be happy on what I have did. If not, do I become the murderer who caused company loss the profit??? It is really hard to predict it since the rubber's pricing always go up and down, no constant value, it can be shot up dramatically and oppositely also can drop without any notification. Nobody know what will happen next. What to do...I have to obey it, then get guidance from my manager and senior to share their ideas on it. I finally realized that working life is really tougher than study life. I should tell myself that can do it and CONQUER~
