Confirmed...

After 2 months and 4 days, I finally has been confirmed! Hooray...it really unexpected and totally out of my mind. I really thanked to my manager who let me confirmed earlier. Actually it needs 6 months of probation for an exec post. At first I thought maybe after 3 months I only can be confirm, unbelievable that I did it in less than 2 1/2 months. Thus, my manager suggested and confirmed me earlier since it is going to close up for end of last year.

2010 just started and is a new beginning for me. Although I just worked in this company for 3 months, but I believe that I can perform better and ready to absorb more skillful experiences from this area. Strive for the best, 2010!
